Time to review before the Test 1AB. In order for you to pull both vocabulary groups and phrases together in a meaningful way, you and a partner are going to do a one-class project: Una Telenovela. The Telenovela is a wildly dramatic series– the melodramatic nature of them is part of the fun and excitement of the genre. The dialogue is over-dramatized with lots of pauses and facial expressions which is great for beginners. The themes can be adult and the more recent introduction of weapons is my least favorite part of some telenovela series.
